Getting Around Palisade: Let Us Take the Wheel!

Here in Palisade, we’re proud to boast over 30 wineries! It's what draws visitors here—along with the sun-kissed vistas, golden peaches, and a vibe that’s as smooth as our finest Chardonnay. But if you’re planning a serious tasting expedition, why stress over the wheel? It’s a good idea to leave the driving to someone else. Luckily, we also have lots of different transportation options! You’ll be in good hands with our local guides when you book a limo, carriage ride, pedicab, trolley, or other tours.

Wild West Whimsy: Carriage Service

We are in Western Colorado, after all … embrace the frontier spirit and book a horsedrawn carriage ride with JR’s Carriage Service for a truly memorable and unique wine-tasting experience! This option is often popular with bachelorette parties and private tours can take up to 14 guests in each carriage. Depending on how ambitious you are, the tour will stop at 3-7 wineries. The carriage tour is fully customizable and can stop at local fruit stands, lavender farms, breweries, or anywhere else in Palisade!
