This fun and unpretentious winery will make visitors feel at home with its lilacs in the Carlson’s front yard, and picnic area in the backyard bordered by flowerbeds, hollyhocks and shade provided by an ancient apricot tree. What was once his hobby, Parker Carlson has turned winemaking into a business. He honed his winemaking skill as the University of California at Davis. The winery is one of the oldest in the state with their first grapes grown in 1981 and the winery opening in 1988.
