Fidel’s Cocina is a lively and vibrant taqueria serving clean, Latin-inspired dishes and thoughtful craft cocktails. Fidel’s is locally owned by Jeff and Jody Snook, and named after their dog. Much like Fidel, the dishes and drinks are vibrant and playful. Everything is made from scratch with clean, sustainably sourced ingredients.
