Varaison Vineyards

Varaison Winery is a newly constructed world-class facility comprising 5,800 square feet. The winery was reconstructed from an historic lumber company barn that was moved to the site in 2006. The facility accommodates the production of their world-class Merlot, Chardonnay, Orange Muscat, and Champagne. Incorporated in the winery is a state-of-the-art laboratory supporting the winery operations and providing lab services to the wine industry. Contact Oenovalabs to schedule a tour of the lab, or a place for the Winemaster to view the winery operations. Barrel tasting can be scheduled through the wine master or tasting room.
